Alireza Haghighi joins Russia's Rubin Kazan

Perspolis Football Club have agreed the sale of Alireza Haghighi to Russia's Rubin Kazan.
Rubin Kazan's official website confirmed the deal, which is for four years. No financial details have been announced.
The 23 year old Haghighi becomes the first Iranian goal keeper to play in the Russian league.
Haghighi was born May 2, 1988 in Tehran, and made his debut for Perspolis at the age of 18. He made a total of 73 appearances for Perspolis.
