Shojaei's Osasuna aim to become a star

PAMPLONA-(IranSportsPress.com): At the press conference in Osasuna club and in front of the media, Masoud Shojaei describes his adaptation to the lifestyle in Spain and shares his experience at Osasuna team so far.

It seems Masoud Shojaei has already built a fan base among Pamplonians when his delightful performance against Real Racing Club was applauded by Osasuna fans. Today Shojaei acknowledged publicly that Osasuna fans’ passions is precisely why he wants to succeed in Osasuna and return all their affections he has received so far: "People are very kind here and they are being very welcoming to me. That is one reason for being satisfied here and helps me and encourages me to play better. I give in more on the pitch to make Osasuna fans very happy. "

The Iranian player has a very clear personal goal during his stay at Osasuna: "I want to become a star. I have come here to shine and battle on the pitch and I intend to fit into the team and make a good impression. I want to offer the best of me for Osasuna team to succeed. Javad Nekounam has shown the same with his hard work on the pitch and now Iranian players look upon him as their role model. I also want to ease the way for other Iranian players to join this league. "

As for his adaptation, Shojaei stated that he has not noticed much difference between two countries; "Iranians and Spanish lifestyles are very close. The language is different and that is a bit difficult. But overall everything here has been very easy to adapt to for me and I want to demonstrate that on the pitch. In addition I am an open person to new changes. "

Lastly, Shojaei acknowledged that he was not afraid of tough games ahead: "I love the challenge. When I played in UAE league, although the technical level was much lower than La Liga, some games were challenging and I am used to challenges. "
