ISP EXCLUSIVE: Teymourian Move in Jeopardy

IranSportsPress.com - We can exclusively reveal that Iranian international midfielder Andranik Teymourian has been refused a work permit by the British Home Office, thus casting a major doubt over his move to Bolton Wanderers.

Babk Golriz

Teymourian has not appeared in 75% of Iran's matches during the past two years and the move now hinges upon Bolton launching an appeal. A date will be set for a hearing where it is expected that Bolton manager Sam Allardyce will have to support Teymourian's addition to the English club's cause for the upcoming season.

The British law requires all Non-EU players to have at least played 75% of their national team's games over a period of 2 years for a move to the Premier League. Unfortunately Teymourian doesn't require that. In previous cases players had been bought and then parked at different clubs on loan.
