Persepolis captain extends contract

Persepolis captain Karim Bagheri extended his contract with the Tehran-based team on Saturday.

The 36-year-old player will remain for one year and continue playing with Persepolis until 2011.

Bagheri has played 190 times for Persepolis and scored 44 goals.
