Sepahan Banned From Playing in Isfahan Indefinitely
TEHRAN- (IranSportsPress.com): Sepahan was banned from playing its home matches in Isfahan indefinitely on Friday, after a security officer lost his eye sights due to fire-works being thrown at him by Sepahan fans in their last home match.

The security officer was injured in the top of the table clash between Sephan and Perspolis, which was played in Isfahan last week, and he has now lost his eye sights permanently.
The disciplinary committee of the Iranian Football Federation has vowed to punish Sepahan severely, and on Friday banned all upcoming Sepahan home games in the Province of Isfahan until they review the incident in their next meeting.
While the ban appears to be severe, but it won't come in to effect since Sepahan are currently having their mid-season break and the disciplinary committee is expected to announce their final verdict on this matter before the start of the second half of the season.
Sepahan are currently second in the league, with 34 points from 17 games, 2 points behind Perspolis.
