TEHRAN- (IranSportsPress.com): Sepahan Fotball Club are deducted 5 points, and will have to play their home matches for the next 3 months outside Isfahan and in empty stadiums, in a ruling issued by the disciplinary committee of the Iranian Football Federation.

During the match between Sepahan and Perspolis last month, a security officer lost his eye sights, as he was hit by fire-works thrown at him by Sepahan fans. After reviewing the incident, the Iranian Football Federation announced the following punishment for the two clubs.
1- Sepahan are deducted 5 points.
2- Sepahan will play their home games in the next 3 months outside Isfahan, in empty stadiums.
3- Perspolis will play its next home match in an empty stadium.
4- Sepahan will have to pay a total of 700,000,000 Rials (~ $70,000) in fines, most of which to be donated to the injured security officer.
5- Perspolis are fined 20,000,000 Rials (~ $2000).
Sepahan and Perspolis are scheduled to play their next home games on 22 January, against Pegah and Naft respectively.
