Sepahan expect Fine appeal results on Tuesday

While there has been two months since the incident in Sepahan Stadium leading to lost eye sights of a security guard, Sepahan have yet to fully hit with all the disciplinary Fines ruled by IPL Disciplinary committee.

Sepahan was barred from hosting any home match, as well as 5 points deduction and 20million Toman Fine. Sepahan officials appealing for the last two Fines, are expected to be notified of the appeal result on Tuesday.

It is reported that Sepahan punishments will definitely be reduced. The reports indicate dropping the home match ban due to high travel expenses for Sepahan team. However, Sepahan fans will still face the disciplinary action and Sepahan will have to host their home games in empty stadium.

Regarding the five point deduction, if proved Sepahan fans were involved in incident leading to security guard’s physical damage, Sepahan will surely be penalized with the 5 point deduction. The financial Fine of 20million Toman is expected to remain as previously ruled by IPL Disciplinary Committee.
