Speaking on
the sidelines of the ceremony for Steel Azin’s qualification in Iran’s
Professional League, the former Persepolis legendary player said, “We saw plenty
of turmoil in last season of Iran’s football. Numerous players criticized their
coaches and slammed their teammates.”
“Many
coaches were involved in altercations and they made accusations regarding each
other in newspapers. I believe this situation will definitely hurt our
football,” he added.
Persepolis
football ex-coach slammed the club’s officials for appointing Nelo Vingada as
their coach. He pointed out, “Vingada was not up to standard. We have to bring a
foreign coach to learn from. We spent money in a wrong way.”
Parvin is one of the most famous
footballers ever to play in Iran, and is regarded as one of the country’s
best.
