The Iranian national futsal team settles for a 2-2 draw in a friendly match against Portugal as it prepares for the Asian championship.

The Iranian team, preparing for the AFC Futsal Championship 2008, will be ready for the second preparatory game against their Portuguese hosts on Wednesday night.

Portugal is one of Europe's top four and among the world's 10 best futsal teams.

Sixteen teams will take part in the AFC Futsal Championship, which is to be held in Bangkok from May 11-18, 2008.
