"Ivan, Stelios and Andranik have all done well for Bolton and I'd like to express my gratitude to them. It's time for them to move on and I wish them all the best," Megson told the club Website.
Former Real Madrid and Spanish international, Campo, joined Bolton in 2003, the same year as Greek European Championship winner Giannakopoulos, while Iranian international Teymourian joined after the 2006 World Cup.
Meanwhile, Megson has offered new deals to goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen and defender Ricardo Gardner, two of the club's longest serving players.
"Jussi and Ricardo have been excellent servants and are still very much part of my future plans," said Megson.
"Hopefully, we can get them secured on new deals as soon as possible."
Bolton narrowly escaped relegation from the Premier League this season, finishing in 16th place.
