Iran will face South Korea in the final match of the Asian Volleyball Confederation Men's Cup (AVC) after beating Japan in the semifinal.

Iran defeated Japan 3-1 on Thursday, winning the first, second and fourth sets 25-20, 25-17, 25-22, and lost the third set 26-28.
On the other side, South Korea won China 3-1 to face Iran for the second time in the tournament. South Korea defeated Iran in the first match on Saturday.
The two sides will hold the final match on Friday.
The tournament is being held in Nakhon Ratchasima's MCC Hall in Thailand from September 20-26, 2008.
