Tehran to host Asian Indoor Athletics Championships

The game will take place in Tehran for the second time. The first edition was held in Tehran’s Aftab-e Enqelab Gymnasium in 2004.
 
A total of 27 countries including China, Japan, India, Kazakhstan, Taiwan, Lebanon and Malaysia have announced their readiness to take part in the event.
 
Secretary-General of Asian Athletics Association Maurice R. Nicholas is expected to attend the event.
