Rahman Azizi, who finished fourth with a snatch record of 86kg, bagged two bronzes in the clean and jerk and total categories with a 112kg clean-and-jerk lift.
Later in the day, Behruz Sajjadi, of Ahvaz-based Naft, grabbed two silver and a bronze medals, locking 123 and 147 above his head.
Rezazadeh factor
World's +105kg weightlifting record-holder Hossein Rezazadeh arrived here Monday morning to join teammates in Masjed Soleiman's Naft, representing the country in the 7th Asian Inter-Clubs Championships, which start Thursday.
The popular lifter was warmly welcomed in the airport by Mohammad Fat'hali, Iran's ambassador to the Uzbek capital, Ali Moradi, president of Iran's Weightlifting Federation and secretary of the
Asian Weightlifting Confederation, and Jahangir Purhang, head of Naft.
According to Purhang, coaches Mohammad-Zaman Mahmedi and Shah-Karam Karamzadeh and technical manager Mehran Motlaq are accompanying the team.
